Race Car Fabrication

AR Fabrication has the experience and knowledge to design and build competitive race cars. We can design your race car project to meet the safety guidelines found in the IHRA, NHRA, SCCA or NASA rulebooks. There's no need to worry about passing any Pre-Race Technical Inspections if your car was prepared by us.

There are 3 major things that we follow throughout the building process:

Safety is a first consideration. If your car has proven safety, it will be a great confidence boost to the driver.

Performance vs. Strength vs. Weight is another factor that applies to every component on a car.

Durability comes into the picture mostly as a factor of weight penalty or cost.

Tired of being kicked off the local track? When you hit 11.99 you must have a 6 point bar installed in your car for safety reasons. We can help!

Need a part made?

4130 Chromoly front x-members weighing at about nothing and super strong or whatever you want it has and can be done.

Along with the rollbar and cage fabrication we also can create a custom look for your race car interior. We have on hand .040" anodized and non-anodized aluminum sheeting that we can bend, shear and bead roll to add that custom touch or just to strengthen it up.

Are you wired?

At ARF we also have a rack of wire consisting of 14 colored 18ga wire, 10ga 8ga 4ga red and black power cable. We also carry 30amp 40amp 50amp bosch and bueller relays. Custom made TPS switches that are adjustable (great for NX). Switch panels are also available for purchase and to be installed.

Suspension

Let us design a suspension that will handle your needs safely. We offer basic street upgrades as well as custom fabricated suspension mounts and full race suspension. Whether you need to add just a sway bar or lower your ride to using drag spec coilovers or choosing our full all out race spec struts with cutom spec valving and coil rates designed for the weight of your vehicle… We cover all of your suspension needs.
